Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Red Moon Thai Massage, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy helps us manage appointments fairly while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid or may incur a cancellation fee, where applicable.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, any deposit or prepayment may be non-refundable.

Repeated missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

If you believe you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Right to Refuse Service

Red Moon Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary, including situations involving inappropriate behaviour, abuse, or any actions that compromise the safety or wellbeing of our therapists or clients.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
