Welcome to Red Moon Thai Massage. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

Appointments can be made online, by telephone or in person.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in before your treatment begins.

Health Information

Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other health concerns before treatment.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify treatment where necessary for your safety.

Professional Conduct

Red Moon Thai Massage is a professional wellness business providing therapeutic massage services only.

Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language, harassment or requests for services of a sexual nature will result in the treatment ending immediately. The full treatment fee will remain payable, and future bookings may be refused.

Treatment Results

Massage therapy is designed to promote relaxation, relieve muscular tension and support general wellbeing.

Individual results may vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding specific health outcomes.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prepaid through our online booking system.

We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking or in our premises.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed when the appointment was made.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting our premises.

Red Moon Thai Massage cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy
